INGREDIENTS

10 inch (25 cm) flour tortillas

lb (110 g)
cooked beef tenderloin, thinly sliced

garlic, finely chopped

cup (60 ml)
mayonnaise or salad dressing

tsp (10 ml)
rosemary, finely chopped

smoked apple wood cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic and rosemary.
  2. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
  3. Top tortillas with layers of beef tenderloin and cheese.
  4. Roll up tightly, then cut each tortilla into 12 pieces.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
