cooked beef tenderloin, thinly sliced

cup (60 ml)
mayonnaise or salad dressing

rosemary, finely chopped

smoked apple wood cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic and rosemary.
- Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
- Top tortillas with layers of beef tenderloin and cheese.
- Roll up tightly, then cut each tortilla into 12 pieces.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
